Your Community Family Resource Centre

At the Family Resource Centre of West Hants, we believe that every family deserves support and resources to flourish. We provide a variety of programs aimed at enhancing family well-being, including parenting support, housing assistance, and early childhood education, all tailored to meet the needs of our community.

West Hants Dial A Ride

Home to West Hants Dial-A-Ride

We are West Hants door-to-door accessible ride service. Need to get to your medical appointment? Run errands? Visit family? Attend an event? Give us a call.

Play Groups

Join us for crafts, free play, and connection.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 11:30 am

Coffee & Chats

Sip on a coffee or tea and learn about topics to support your parenting journey. Mondays from 10:00 to 11:30 am

Child Playing Toys

Baby Love

Dedicated time for you and your baby under 1 years old.

Every Thursday at 1:00 - 2:30 pm

Mothers With Babies

Baby Buddies

Join us to make friends with other babies, parents and caregivers.

Every Tuesday at 1:00 - 2:30 pm
